How can oklahoma and tulsa overcome their budget woes? I have the perfect solution. The Highway Patrol, Sheriff and City Police just need to start giving out traffic tickets. Tickets for speeding, running red lights, running stop signs, failing to yield and many other violations too numerous to mention. These people drive like stupid maniacs, it's a perfect opportunity for the state, city and county to cash in. Start writing tickets and they will have more money than they know what to do with! Oh wait, the city of tulsa, county of tulsa and state of oklahoma can't afford police officers. Damn, what a great idea that was.
