The Travel Channel first aired a program in 2002 about unexplained sightings of large, hairy, smelly creatures in Southeast oklahoma. The name of the show is "Bigfootville". Lots of interviews with local people who portray the typical Okie so well, dirty, stupid and toothless. You can also find very "factual" information about Bigfoot in oklahoma at this site too.
Big, hairy and smelly? I think the local residents are confusing each other for Bigfoot.
