Most Livable State Rankings 2004

Here is an interesting unbiased publication from the Morgan Quitno Press regarding the most livable states in 2004. Note that oklahoma comes in higher than expected at 40th.
Realistically, it is much worse than that, should be more like, 48 or 49. Nevertheless the stupid state of oklahoma has some respectable company at the bottom of the list, New Mexico, Louisiana, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, all garden spots for sure. Come on you stupid okies, wake up! Your state is a piece of crap and only you can make it better. By the way, the state I moved here from is rather close to the top of the lists.
The states are measured against 44 factors including crime rate, poverty, unemployment, income etc.
